QA (auto) in pharma

As a QA Automation / DevOps Engineer, you will automate tests and deployment processes for quality control systems at a pharmaceutical plant—systems that determine whether a batch of medicine can reach patients. You will work side by side with validation teams, the laboratory, and system vendors. Much of this work is still done manually, so you will have a real impact on our approach to automation, from choosing tools to shaping pipelines, and we will teach you GxP regulations on the job.

• Designing and developing automated test frameworks for laboratory and quality applications.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for these systems.
• Automating regression and integration tests, including tests of interfaces between systems.
• Preparing test evidence in a form that meets audit and validation requirements.
• Collaborating with validation and quality teams and system vendors.

• 5–10 years of experience in test automation or DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of at least one automation tool or framework (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Robot Framework).
• Experience working with CI/CD (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of a scripting or programming language (Python, C#, Java or PowerShell).
• English proficiency at a minimum level of B2+.
