Performance Test Automation Engineer (auto)

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Performance Test Automation Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You want architecture, delivery and production behaviour to agree, and you turn difficult constraints into systems that teams can operate and improve.

The partner is strengthening its capability in automated performance assurance for customer-facing platforms. You will take responsibility for work that connects k6, Gatling and workload modelling, while ensuring that CI integration and telemetry receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

The environment suits someone who tests assumptions early, documents trade-offs and treats operability as part of the design.

You will join multidisciplinary delivery rather than operate as a final approval step. The partner expects early questions, rapid feedback and clear evidence about what users and systems need.
