• Design, develop, and maintain Mobile, E2E/UI, and API test frameworks while setting testing standards and best practices;
• Increase effective test coverage with a focus on critical user flows and APIs;
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, including PR runs, nightly and regression tests, flaky detectors, quarantine mechanisms, artifact management, and stable quality gates;
• Conduct test code reviews;
• Work closely with development and QA teams to reduce technical debt, improve testability, and enhance developer experience.

• Have 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, including at least 3+ years with TypeScript/JavaScript;
• Have deep experience with Playwright;
• Have experience with Appium;
• Have experience building test frameworks from scratch using best practices;
• Have experience with REST/GraphQL API testing, schemas such as OpenAPI/Swagger, and client generation;
• Have experience with GitLab CI, artifact management, sharding, parallelism, retries, and pipeline containerization;
• Have experience with Docker;
• Have familiarity with basic AWS services for test environments;
• Russian at C1 or higher;
• English at B1;
• Nice to have: Experience in mobile games automation.
