• Own projects end-to-end with technical excellence and accountability;
• Champion quality and coding standards to drive continuous improvement;
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests across frontend and backend using Playwright and TypeScript;
• Collaborate with developers to ensure balanced test coverage within the testing pyramid;
• Contribute to and evolve the overall testing strategy, processes, and metrics;
• Prepare and review test plans for functional and non-functional requirements;
• Perform manual and exploratory testing, documenting and tracking defects;
• Analyze test results and monitor key testing metrics to identify improvement opportunities;
• Participate in project kick-offs to influence testability and anticipate risks;
• Advocate for user experience and product quality across product, design, and engineering teams;
• Identify and communicate issues, risks, or dependencies to leadership;
• Mentor and support teammates to foster high-quality automation practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• 7+ Years of experience as a QA Engineer;
• 3+ Years of experience in test automation across frontend and backend using Playwright;
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with experience building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks;
• Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams;
• Proven ability to deliver results and contribute to organizational growth;
• Experience in defining and driving test automation standards across teams;
• Experience mentoring QA engineers in test design and coding practices;
• AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and quality;
• Nice to have: Experience writing and maintaining Ruby on Rails code, experience with observability and error tracking tools like Grafana, Kibana, or Sentry, experience with accessibility testing and best practices.
