Video Producer Specialist

Veo is an AI-powered sports camera and analysis ecosystem built for one job: turning what happens on a pitch into proof. Capture, viewing, data and analytics, sharing- all in one system, all pointed at the same thing.

Every youth match still has a moment nobody saw. A run that won the game, underneath everyone's radar. A kid written off before anyone actually checked. We exist to close that gap, one match at a time.

One camera on any pitch feeds an AI that tracks every player and the ball for the whole game, turning what happened into evidence instead of somebody's opinion.

That's the actual job here. Not shipping features. Building the system that gives proof to someone who used to rely on a hunch.

If you've ever watched a match and wondered who else saw what you saw, you already know why this matters.

You'll be the person who takes a video from idea to finished file — on your own.

Say we need a product walkthrough of a new Veo feature. Here's what that looks like for you:

- Plan: Set the shoot date and book the product designer who built the feature.

- Find the story: Interview them and write the script.

- Set up: Light and frame the set.

- Shoot: Run the shoot on our two Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6Ks and direct the person on camera.

- Finish: Edit, grade, mix, subtitle, and export every format we need.

Nobody hands you a shot list. Nobody needs to check in halfway.

You'll also use AI throughout your work. Some shots you'll generate in tools like Higgsfield instead of filming them. Some steps — transcripts, rough cuts, subtitles, versioning — you'll hand to AI so you can spend your time on the parts that need your eye.

You'll join Veo's Owned & Creative team in Copenhagen, working alongside graphic designers, a video producer focused on AI-generated ads, and the wider marketing team.

Own production end-to-end

• Take a brief (or spot the need yourself) and turn it into a production plan: concept, timeline, locations, people, and gear.
• Plan and book shoot dates with colleagues across Veo, from product designers to coaches and community members.
• Research the topic and interview subject-matter experts to find the story worth telling.
• Write scripts, talking points, and storyboards.

Run the shoot

• Set up the set: lighting, sound, framing, and camera settings.
• Operate our 2× Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K setup, including multi-camera interviews and B-roll.
• Direct and interview people on camera — most of them aren't actors — so they come across confident and natural, and stick to the script when they need to.
• Shoot on location, in studio, and out on the pitch.

Finish the video

• Edit in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro: story, pacing, color grading, sound mix, graphics, subtitles, and CTAs.
• Deliver multi-format versions for paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram), YouTube, veo.co, and email.
• Organize and archive footage and finished assets in our DAM (Frontify) so the whole team can find and reuse them.

Make AI part of how you work

• Generate shots, B-roll, and scenes with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, and blend them with live-action footage.
• Use AI to speed up your workflow — automated transcripts and rough cuts, text-based editing, AI subtitles, script drafts, and fast versioning for different markets and formats.
• Keep testing new tools and share what works with the team.

Work with the team — without needing to be managed

• Align with graphic designers on art direction and brand, and with marketers on campaign goals.
• Manage your own pipeline, priorities, and deadlines, and flag trade-offs early.
• Brief and coordinate freelancers (photographers, extra crew) when a project needs them.

• A portfolio that shows videos you've taken from idea to final cut — ideally including interview-led or product content. Please tell us what you did on each piece.
• 3+ years of hands-on video production experience, in-house, at an agency, or freelance.
• Strong camera skills — confident with cinema cameras (Blackmagic experience is a plus), lighting, and recording clean audio.
• Strong editing skills in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, including color grading and sound. After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus.
• You can direct people. You know how to make a nervous colleague relaxed on camera and how to interview to get a good answer.
• You write. You can turn an interview or a product brief into a clear script.
• You already use AI in your work — or you're curious and actively learning. Experience with AI video generation (e.g. Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora) and AI-assisted editing is a strong plus.
• You're proactive and independent. You see what needs doing, make the call, and get it done. You're comfortable working without close supervision and owning the outcome.
• You understand performance content — what makes a viewer stop scrolling and how formats differ by channel.
• Fluent in English. Danish is a plus.
• Based in the Greater Copenhagen area.
