• Manage efficient and reliable user acquisition for a scaling title;
• Run A/B tests and evaluate campaigns, creatives, and playables to make data-driven decisions;
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams;
• Enhance the overall marketing strategy;
• Perform market and competitor analysis.

• Experience with mobile, hybrid-casual, or casual games;
• Experience managing monthly UA marketing budgets;
• Proficiency in Meta, AppLovin, Unity, and Google Ads;
• Experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust;
• Deep understanding of key product and marketing metrics and mobile game unit economics;
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI;
• Experience with hybrid monetization (IAP + IAA);
• Understanding of SKAdNetwork principles;
• Knowledge of advertising mediation fundamentals (IronSource, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay);
• Nice to have: TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
