• Assist in setting up and launching advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Monitor active ads and track results
• Learn to analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Identify target audiences and work with segments
• Analyze ad creatives and make suggestions for improvement
• Take part in preparing scripts for targeted ads
• Participate in filming and develop ideas for ad creatives
• Work on real projects alongside a senior targetologist and the team
• Complete assigned tasks on time and to a high standard

• Have completed a Digital Marketing course
• Have basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Have a basic understanding of advertising campaigns, audiences, and creatives
• Be interested in working with numbers and analytics
• Have a good command of Uzbek
• Know English at least at a beginner/intermediate level
• Be able to quickly absorb new knowledge
• Be interested in using AI tools
• Be calm, focused, and responsible
• See tasks through to completion
• Not be afraid of working with numbers
• Learn quickly and draw conclusions from mistakes
• Not be afraid to ask questions
• Want to develop in digital marketing and advertising

• Internship duration: from 1 to 3 months.
• The internship duration is determined based on the candidate's practical skills; the quality of task completion; learning speed; ability to work independently; adaptation to the team; and potential.
• During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on real projects, learn from experienced targetologists, and put their knowledge into practice.
