Supply Growth Manager for app publishers

adjoe develops mobile advertising solutions that help app publishers monetize and scale their apps. Its ecosystem includes rewarded advertising products such as Playtime and Arcade, as well as the programmatic advertising platform adjoe Ads, connecting app developers with over 600 million users worldwide.

• Manage and expand a portfolio of app publisher partners, identifying upselling and optimization opportunities to exceed growth, retention, and revenue targets
• Analyze partner performance data, identify trends and issues, and implement adjustments to improve retention and ARPDAU
• Build long-term publisher relationships through daily communication
• Create and deliver data-driven performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to external and internal stakeholders
• Gather partner feedback and translate market insights into technical requirements
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to prioritize feature requests and resolve integration blockers
• Take end-to-end accountability for portfolio performance and independently drive growth initiatives

• 3+ Years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing
• Deep understanding of CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR
• Experience using Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides
• Ability to analyze partner performance data and deliver data-driven reports and QBRs
• Ability to communicate with partners via Slack, email, and video calls
• Ability to work independently in an agile, rapidly changing environment
