Become part of our Strategy Execution Office to support company-wide strategic projects and programs

Strategy Execution Office is a global, centralized unit established to support Bavarian Nordic’s ambitious goals by driving and supporting strategic, cross-functional programs. It ensures a consistent approach to strategy execution while developing the processes and tools needed to enable effective implementation and delivery.

We are looking for a high-spirited Student Assistant to contribute to these goals by supporting key administrative and project activities that ensure coordination and impact across our initiatives.

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support, while taking ownership of key tasks.

• Assisting with general administrative tasks within the office
• Assist with maintaining processes and tools to support project execution
• Manage and update our intranet content to ensure accessibility and relevance
• Supporting communication and digital marketing initiatives
• Plan, organize, and prepare for team events and meetings
• Project support, including documentation, updates, and coordination
• Work with various stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Current enrollment at a University

The work is expected to take place either from our headquarters in Hellerup or from home. The working hours are approximately 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.

We’re looking for a candidate with a strong scientific or combined science-business background (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration & Bioentrepreneurship, or a related field). You should be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges in a flexible environment.

This role provides hands-on experience in an international environment with unique technology and strategic projects. You’ll gain valuable exposure to project management in a dynamic, collaborative setting while developing both personal and academic skills.
