Social media account executive

• Manage and coordinate projects and accounts: planning, organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and liaising with clients, teams, and suppliers.
• Coordinate the production of campaigns and content: ensure everything is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.
• Manage influencers and content creators: sourcing, contacting, negotiating, preparing briefs, and tracking collaborations.
• Oversee the social media strategy: grow accounts organically by creating the editorial calendar and planning and coordinating content.
• Propose creative ideas: develop innovative concepts and formats that connect effectively with the audience.
• Analyze metrics and results: evaluate the performance of social media and campaigns to optimize them and propose continuous improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations: create clear, concise, and visual reports to support decision-making.

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in an agency, account management, production, or social media.
• Demonstrable experience growing social media accounts organically.
• Experience managing influencers and content creators.
• A high level of proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects at once.
• Creativity and strong analytical skills: metrics, reporting, and social media analytics tools.
• Ability to present ideas and results clearly.
• A results-oriented mindset.
