• Develop and execute social media strategies for different brands and projects;
• Create monthly and weekly content plans;
• Write social media content, captions, posts, scripts, stories, and short-form video concepts;
• Adapt content and tone of voice to different brands and target audiences;
• Generate creative content ideas, formats, recurring content series, and campaigns;
• Create briefs for designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative team members;
• Manage social media channels and ensure consistent publishing;
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels;
• Develop ideas and scripts for Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other short-form video formats;
• Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and conversions;
• Identify high-performing content and use insights to improve future content;
• Monitor trends, competitors, and relevant social media formats;
• Support community management and brand communication;
• Participate in campaign ideation and creative brainstorming;
• Work closely with performance marketing, design, and marketing teams.

• 3+ Years of proven SMM experience with successful case studies;
• Strong portfolio with examples of social media accounts, campaigns, or content created by the candidate;
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous projects;
• Strong copywriting skills;
• Ability to independently write high-quality social media content;
• Experience creating content strategies and content plans;
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media formats;
• Good understanding of Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts, and short-form video content;
• Ability to generate creative content ideas independently;
• Understanding of social media analytics and key performance metrics;
• Ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and audiences;
• Strong attention to detail and good visual awareness;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: eCommerce experience, UGC and influencer marketing experience, ability to shoot or edit basic short-form video content, experience with CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools, experience working with international brands or markets, experience using AI tools for content research, ideation, and production while maintaining strong editorial quality.
