SEO specialist in iGaming

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with strong technical, analytical, and strategic expertise to lead organic growth initiatives across multiple iGaming platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions across the iGaming industry. You will play a key role in shaping the commercial impact of SEO as an acquisition channel for both newly launched and established domains.

• Own and develop SEO strategies for newly launched and established domains, with a focus on sustainable organic growth and commercial results.
• Ensure strong crawlability, indexability, and technical SEO health across our platforms to ensure brand protection for our domains.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, JavaScript rendering, and page performance.
• Monitor and analyze SERP dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities and growth gaps.
• Benchmark organic performance against competitors and develop actionable strategies to improve rankings, visibility, traffic quality, and conversions.
• Work closely with Content, Product, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website lifecycle.
• Define requirements and collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Work closely with external SEO agencies and partners to develop and execute authority-building and link acquisition strategies, particularly for newly launched products and domains.
• Monitor SEO performance using relevant tools and analytics platforms, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify emerging SEO opportunities and risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience is mandatory in the IGaming industry.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies for competitive, iGaming markets.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, rendering, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
• Proficiency with relevant SEO and analytics tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply identifying SEO issues. You should be able to understand the business objective, diagnose the underlying problem, develop a strategy, and work with the relevant teams to get it implemented.
• The ideal candidate combines technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness — and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly competitive international environment.
