SEO specialist for customer engagement platforms

At Pushwoosh, we build an omnichannel marketing platform that helps businesses engage with their customers through push notificatoms, emails, in-apps and other channels. We build tools to orchestrate campaigns, use advanced segmentation, and meaningful analytics. We're looking for a senior SEO specialist who can cover all three areas of SEO. Most SEO specialists cover on-page and technical work, but not link building. We need all three — and link building is the part we care about most. You'll build it yourself, in-house, rather than manage an agency that does it for you.

• Design and run our link strategy end-to-end: asset architecture, acquisition, outreach, placements;
• Build a backlink profile through repeatable processes we own, not recurring agency invoices;
• Rebuild manual SEO processes - research, briefing, monitoring, reporting - as agent-driven workflows.
• Set the content agenda: you tell editorial what to write and why - targets, volumes, briefs - rather than waiting for requests;
• Work with an established content team; you own SEO priorities, they own craft and voice;
• Monitor traffic and rankings, iterate on existing content;
• Our technical foundation is in decent shape and we want to keep it that way - through automation and monitoring, not manual firefighting.
• We run a multilingual site, so hreflang, international targeting and index hygiene are a permanent part of the job, not a one-off project . You own audits, monitoring and fixes without supervision.

• Extensive hands-on link building experience in global / Google markets - you personally built the strategies, not briefed an agency;
• Experience directing a content team, not just taking requests from one;
• Solid technical SEO, including international / multilingual setups;
• English B2+/C1 - working level for outreach and global market research;
