SEO manager in cybersecurity

We are looking for a Principal SEO Manager with 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience to own and execute EasyDMARC’s organic growth strategy across technical SEO, content, commercial pages, authority building, and emerging AI-driven search. This is not a leadership only role. You will be expected to go deep, execute, investigate, QA, and push initiatives through to completion.

• Build and execute the SEO and organic growth roadmap.
• Own technical SEO, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical health.
• Identify growth opportunities across product pages, integrations, commercial pages, content, and scalable SEO initiatives.
• Own keyword, topic, search-intent, and content-gap strategy.
• Stay ahead of Google updates, AI search, LLM discovery, zero-click search, and changes in organic behavior.
• Work hands-on with Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, crawlers, and other SEO tools.
• Turn findings into clear requirements for developers, writers, designers, and other teams.
• Follow development tasks through implementation, proactively manage blockers, and push delayed initiatives forward.
• QA releases and confirm that SEO requirements were implemented correctly.
• Track organic performance, conversions, pipeline contribution, and emerging AI visibility.
• Maintain clear notes, owners, priorities, deadlines, and next steps across all major SEO initiatives.

• 7+ years of strong hands-on SEO experience.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and organic growth.
• Strong understanding of modern search and how AI/LLMs are changing discovery.
• Proven experience working directly with developers on technical implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize based on business impact, not just traffic or rankings.
