SEO and web growth manager for investment platforms

Bitpanda provides a user-friendly investment platform that enables customers to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Its products serve more than 7 million customers across Europe.

• Set the organic search and web growth strategy, roadmap, and targets, starting from the existing fix roadmap
• Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search, and content-authority standards across markets
• Own website conversion across landing pages, web-to-app flows, and a structured CRO cadence on high-intent journeys
• Translate crawl, indexation, and performance issues into engineering priorities and secure capacity to deliver them
• Lead the SEO team, determine which specialist roles are needed, and justify them with evidence

• Experience owning organic search and web growth for a large, multilingual consumer business where organic search is a primary channel
• Expertise across technical SEO, content authority, and conversion optimisation
• Ability to turn crawl, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues into clear engineering priorities and secure capacity for them in a contested roadmap
• Experience building a disciplined experimentation cadence across landing pages and high-intent journeys
• Experience leading a small specialist team
