Regional marketing manager in fintech

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive our growth in Uzbekistan, craft campaigns that truly resonate with local clients and work closely with a team of local specialists, with the opportunity to grow into leading that team. You will have the autonomy to make real decisions in a market where your work has immediate, visible impact.

• Drive market growth in Uzbekistan by adapting the global marketing strategy to local specifics and trends, based on continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape and cultural shifts
• Coordinate the work of local specialists (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content): set priorities, assign and review tasks, remove blockers and create an efficient working environment, with the prospect of formally leading the team
• Develop quarterly marketing plans with locally relevant strategies for Uzbekistan and its client community
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data and continuously improving efficiency and results
• Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour and guide the team's priorities
• Serve as the key link between the local team and Global HQ: share market insights and coordinate on global campaigns

• 3+ years of marketing experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading or a comparable fast-moving industry
• Strong understanding of 360 marketing, including brand building, KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing and SMM
• Experience working in cross-functional teams: setting clear tasks, prioritising and evaluating results
• A hands-on operator, comfortable executing personally with the leadership potential to grow into leading a team
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Uzbekistan
• Proven experience managing and optimising a monthly regional marketing budget of $20,000+, with a track record of lowering CPA and maximising ROI
• Solid hands-on experience with at least one of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality and LTV trends
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track
• Native Uzbek and fluent business English for daily communication with cross-regional teams
• Будет плюсом: People management experience, ideally leading a team of up to 3 people; Strong background in sourcing, auditing and closing complex deals with influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts and local partners in Uzbekistan; Hands-on proficiency with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer or Adjust), including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis and fraud detection; PPC experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms popular in Uzbekistan: campaign setup, bid and budget optimisation, A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and running campaigns; Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Uzbekistan; Understanding of the trading client funnel - acquisition, first deposit and retention; Familiarity with AI and automation tools to support content and campaign production
