For this role, you will help drive localized marketing impact across Germany & CEE for our HVAC-R portfolio, including offerings such as York and Sabroe, while partnering closely with sales, partners, global campaign teams, and the wider EMEA marketing organization.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will plan and deliver local demand generation programs, localize global campaigns for market relevance, support sales enablement, and lead events and campaigns that contribute directly to pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by measurable business outcomes.
