The Sportsbook product operates in the gambling industry and serves multi-regional sports betting markets.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns;
• Coordinate with Content, Design, CRM, SMM, and Product teams to deliver marketing materials;
• Manage the creation of banners, push notifications, and other promotional content;
• Oversee multi-regional marketing calendars aligned with local and international sports events;
• Conduct market research on customer preferences, emerging trends, and pain points;
• Ensure marketing activities comply with local and regional regulations;
• Monitor competitors’ strategies, campaigns, and innovations;
• Analyze international gambling industry best practices to improve promotional efficiency;
• Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns to local market needs;
• Support the senior team with project execution and stakeholder communication;
• Mentor and support junior team members;
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular leadership reports;
• Identify improvement areas and propose data-driven solutions;
• Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming sessions.

• 2+ Years of professional experience in product marketing or a related field;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian;
• Expertise in campaign planning, budget management, and performance analysis;
• Proficiency in modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software;
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas;
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines;
• Result-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes;
