• Create and evolve market positioning for Bitrise’s flagship CI product
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and buyer personas across the buying journey
• Conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights to drive the go-to-market strategy
• Contribute to pricing and packaging for Bitrise CI and add-ons
• Optimize the user journey through onboarding workflows, email drip campaigns, and in-app messages
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to build and execute go-to-market plans and product and feature launches
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets such as landing pages and campaigns
• Develop sales enablement messaging and collateral for the direct sales channel
• Drive and optimize the self-service journey for SMB customers
• Define goals, coordinate product launches, and measure post-launch impact
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and contribute to product strategy and execution

• 7+ Years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS
• Demonstrable value- and outcome-driven product marketing experience
• Deep understanding of marketing complex products to technical and non-technical buyers
• Product marketing expertise and a track record of successfully launching features and products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and dependency management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to execute plans on time
