описание
fiskaly provides compliance infrastructure for point-of-sale systems and e-invoicing across Europe. Its products keep receipts tamper-proof, help fight tax fraud, and enable merchants to move away from paper-based processes.
задачи
Own product positioning and messaging for fiskaly's fiscalization and e-invoicing products across multiple European markets;
Define and continuously sharpen ICPs and buyer personas, and equip Demand Gen with segmentation, pain points, and messaging;
Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and country or regulation expansions;
Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, accurate value propositions;
Build and maintain sales enablement materials, battlecards, one-pagers, and demo scripts with Sales and Customer Success;
Own competitive intelligence and market research across the European compliance landscape;
Feed market and customer signals into the product roadmap with Product Management;
Keep messaging consistent across DACH, Spain, Italy, and other country teams while accounting for local nuance;
Supply the Content team with ideas at scale and shape campaign concepts with Demand Generation;
Track regulatory calendars, including KassenSichV, RKSV, Verifactu, and NF525.
требования
7+ Years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in regulated, compliance, fintech, or infrastructure software;
Proven track record of positioning technically complex or regulated products for non-expert buyers;
End-to-end ownership of product launches and go-to-market plans;
Strong command of positioning and messaging frameworks;
Experience managing messaging across multiple countries and languages;
Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and processes;
Excellent written English and ability to simplify complexity without losing accuracy;
Comfort with ambiguity, shifting regulatory timelines, and incomplete briefs;
Cultural sensitivity across DACH, Southern Europe, and the Nordics;
Nice to have: experience in fiscalization, tax-tech, payments, or POS/retail tech; Swedish, German, French, Spanish, or Italian in addition to English; experience working with legal or compliance functions on customer-facing messaging.
условия
Location is ideally Vienna, with candidates also considered anywhere in Spain, Sweden, Poland, or Germany;
25 Vacation days per year for candidates based in Austria;
Flexible working hours;
Personal and professional development budget;
Hardware of choice: Windows, Linux, or Mac;
The company values clarity, well-being, and high-quality work.
