• Design and implement marketing plans for new releases and backlist campaigns;
• Define offline and online strategies, prepare briefings, and coordinate with suppliers and agencies;
• Coordinate with editors, communications, digital, and trade marketing departments;
• Create content for online campaigns;
• Write commercial newsletters and prepare presentations for the sales network;
• Analyze sales and profitability;
• Support budget preparation and profit-and-loss accounts;
• Prepare information for the sales network;
• Analyze sales and manage stock.

• At least 2 years of marketing experience;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Office tools;
• Knowledge of PowerBI and Canva;
• Analytical mindset;
• Proactive and flexible attitude;
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a team;
• Organization, planning, and management skills;
