• Build presentations from briefs, notes, source documents, and existing material using CPAI templates and the skill library
• Produce presentations in the HTML deck system, native PowerPoint, and PDF formats
• Convert legacy PowerPoint decks to HTML and convert HTML decks to editable .pptx files when requested
• Edit, assemble, split, correct, and protect PDF documents, including deck exports, one-pagers, capability statements, and tender attachments
• Make fast, accurate edits to existing material, including figures, claims, slides, and regional variants
• Produce password-protected packages, short-form versions, and leave-behinds
• Maintain a single source of truth for every active deck and prevent teams from using outdated files
• Package and distribute decks to BD teams across regions with clear naming, versioning, and change notes
• Manage access and protection for sensitive material, including restricted circulation and expiry where relevant
• Maintain an organised, searchable library for BD teams
• Research market figures, regulatory context, country or sector background, and competitor and partner details; turn findings into slide-ready content
• Verify facts and keep sources traceable
• Edit and adapt messaging for different audiences, regions, and deal stages
• Write and revise clear, credible English copy
• Ensure factual consistency across presentation materials
• Maintain the CPAI presentation brand system, including typography, colour, spacing, component patterns, and tone
• Create diagrams, process and architecture visuals, charts, icons, layouts, and one-pagers
• Maintain and extend the template and component library as the brand evolves
• Push back constructively on requests that would break the system and suggest alternatives
• Serve as the single point of contact for presentation requests from BD teams
• Triage requests, set realistic turnaround expectations, and communicate delays
• Track requests through completion across time zones
• Build reusable slides and modules for recurring BD needs

• At least two years of professional experience producing presentations, marketing collateral, or digital content
• Hands-on experience using Claude or a comparable AI assistant as a primary production tool; be ready to describe specific work produced this way
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including reading file structure and making direct edits
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint masters, layouts, alignment, animation, and exporting, as well as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to assemble, edit, split, compress, and protect PDF documents
• Strong research skills, including finding credible figures and context from a thin brief and assessing sources
• Strong visual judgment and attention to presentation quality
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised approach to file naming, versioning, and file management
• Able to work on-site in Baku and coordinate with colleagues across Israel, Europe, and Asia
• A bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required; a strong portfolio and demonstrated AI-assisted production are valued over credentials. Relevant fields include marketing, communications, journalism, graphic or visual design, business administration, international relations, and information technology
• Relevant additional qualifications include Microsoft Office certification, presentation or visual-design coursework, technical writing or editing training, and courses or self-directed work in prompt engineering and AI-assisted production
• Successful backgrounds include presentation design, marketing content production or coordination, marketing communications, sales enablement or sales support, bid/tender/proposal coordination, graphic or visual design, digital content production, web content editing, junior front-end content, executive assistance, business analysis, technical writing, and copywriting
• The first two to three weeks involve learning the templates, skill library, brand rules, and BD workflows; routine requests are expected to be handled independently from around day 30, and the request queue owned end to end by day 60
