• Develop, manage, and optimize performance campaigns for multiple brands across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
• Monitor KPIs and budgets and optimize campaign performance;
• Analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, and test new audiences, campaign approaches, and formats;
• Apply knowledge of B2B funnels, awareness advertising, retargeting, and performance campaigns;
• Manage the full funnel from audience targeting and landing pages to conversion and tracking;
• Derive actionable recommendations from analyses and implement them directly;
• Contribute creative ideas for ad copy, creatives, and new formats;
• Test new tools, technologies, and automation opportunities;
• Ensure marketing activities are measurable and identify campaigns that generate leads and growth;
• Test new advertising channels and evaluate their potential for the brands.

• At least two years of professional experience in online marketing, especially paid advertising;
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
• Ability to interpret data, identify relationships, and quickly implement targeted next steps;
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new approaches, channels, and tools;
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new marketing tools;
• Ability to use AI where it meaningfully supports marketing work;
• Ability to adapt messaging to different target audiences, companies, and brands;
• Basic graphic design skills and a good sense of visual design;
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute beyond personal responsibilities;
• Fluent German and good English.
