• Own the development, production, and optimization of integrated campaigns focused on key themes and products to increase customer registration and acquisition;
• Build scalable processes and mechanisms for pan-EU execution, including program KPI definition and reporting;
• Define and implement integrated campaign strategies across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders;
• Partner with external agencies to support campaign asset creation and execution;
• Analyze data using reports and dashboards to provide insights on campaign effectiveness and drive strategic decision-making;
• Manage marketing budgets for the EU, optimizing resource allocation and vendor relationships to maximize ROI;
• Align EU efforts with global strategies and objectives as the primary connector between regional execution and global vision;
• Communicate campaign activities, status, goals, and results to stakeholders through regular business reviews;
• Coach and develop team members, set expectations, and provide feedback to build a high-performing marketing function.

• Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs;
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables;
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs;
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages;
• Professional background in marketing or marketing research;
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements;
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership;
• Nice to have: Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners, experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
