задачи
- Own campaign budgets across markets to ensure monthly spend aligns with targets while maintaining CPA and ROAS goals;
- Manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns across paid search and paid social channels;
- Write automation scripts to reduce manual reporting overhead, create tools to accelerate creative iteration, develop dashboards, and build new workflows;
- Collaborate with the Creative Coordinator to test and iterate on social ad creatives;
- Edit and optimize creatives using tools like CapCut and Canva;
- Design and run A/B tests across ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments;
- Run A/B tests on paid landing pages in collaboration with the Website Manager;
- Analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics and internal reporting dashboards;
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategy shifts;
- Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and algorithm changes to identify growth opportunities.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns;
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager;
- Proven ability to manage performance marketing budgets at scale;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and campaign dashboards;
- Experience developing hypotheses and running structured A/B tests;
- Fluent in English;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-focused;
- Demonstrated habit of using AI tools in performance marketing work;
- Must be located in the Netherlands;
- Nice to have: experience in marketplace or B2C growth environments, background working across multiple international markets, proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or German, familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or other emerging platforms, experience using Supermetrics, Looker Studio, or internal BI dashboards, experience with App Campaigns.
