задачи
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok;
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets across all channels;
- Analyze and optimize KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate;
- Conceptualize and conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and target audiences;
- Build and maintain tracking setups using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking;
- Create reports and derive data-driven recommendations;
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop performance-optimized creatives;
- Explore and test new advertising channels and formats.
требования
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a comparable qualification;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing;
- Proficient knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and at least one additional platform;
- Experience with tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and conversion APIs;
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers;
- Independent and structured working style;
- Fluent German and good English skills.
