Performance marketing manager in paid social

Glad you're here. As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Meta Ads, you will be responsible for strategically scaling our most important paid social channels and continuously developing our customer journey. You analyze funnels based on data, manage advertising budgets independently, and take creative testing to the next level. If you want to do more than just manage campaigns and are looking to identify and scale real growth drivers, we should get to know each other.

• Independently plan, set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta
• Analyze funnels across the entire customer journey: identify conversion barriers and remove them in a targeted way
• Build and run a structured creative testing process: launch new variants every week, evaluate them, and brief them
• Work with the Creative, Content, and E-Commerce teams based on data to develop high-performing advertising assets
• Monitor key KPIs (ROAS, NC-CAC, Hook Rate) and independently derive optimization measures

• 4–5 years of hands-on in-house experience in performance marketing, focusing on Meta Ads in an e-commerce or D2C environment
• Demonstrated success in scaling budgets of €100,000 or more per month while maintaining or improving profitability
• In-depth understanding of modern tracking: server-side tracking, Conversions API, and post-iOS attribution
• Experience with targeted optimization of customer funnels (user journey from the ad to the purchase)
