Salmon products are growing, with paid acquisition serving as one of the company’s primary growth streams. The company is scaling acquisition channels, testing new approaches, and supporting campaign volume through a creative production pipeline.

• Run paid acquisition for Salmon products across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels;
• Generate creative concepts and collect creative references in the creative backlog;
• Own paid growth end-to-end by deciding which channels, creatives, and funnels to scale and being accountable for results;
• Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to launch campaigns across streams;
• Maintain a structured experiment tracking system so learnings compound across channels.

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services;
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as the primary channel, plus other major acquisition platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Reddit Ads;
• Experience promoting mobile apps, including the web-to-app (W2A) model;
• Experience running performance as a continuous test loop: forming hypotheses, shipping variants, and drawing conclusions from data;
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools;
• Ability to read acquisition funnel data and identify where performance is working or breaking;
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and AppsFlyer or similar platforms;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with the Philippine market.
