• Support managing and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, especially Paid Social on Meta and TikTok;
• Work with local Brand managers and designers to ensure a consistent creative strategy;
• Use AI, including Claude, to speed up processes and tasks;
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns using a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests covering bid strategies, account structure, and campaigns;
• Manage performance and post-campaign analysis reporting;
• Develop ads with clear USPs, draft copy, and write clear briefs while iterating with the designer;
• Find new areas of growth through creative thinking.

• Have 3–4 years of experience in paid social at a B2C company and/or scale-up;
• Be enthusiastic about integrating AI into workflows;
• Understand digital data analytics very well;
• Break complex problems into smaller ones;
• Draw grounded, data-driven, logical conclusions from numbers;
• Evaluate work and improve it iteratively;
• Demonstrate natural curiosity and a strong desire to make an impact;
• Communicate clearly and report to and influence stakeholders using data and generalizable best practices.
