• Create and execute multichannel paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Monitor CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, and optimize campaigns based on data
• Allocate and control advertising budgets to maximize efficiency
• Manage social media campaigns from planning through execution and performance reporting
• Configure analytics tools, build conversion funnels, and optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and the sales department to create effective advertising materials
• Report results regularly and recommend performance campaign optimizations
• Build a strong online brand
• Collaborate with external agencies

• At least 4 years of performance marketing experience in an agency or client-side role
• Experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong knowledge of campaign optimization and KPI analysis, including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV
• Experience managing large budgets
• Experience with social media strategy, from content planning to reporting
• Ability to coordinate designers, copywriters, and freelancers
• Proficiency with Google Analytics / GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio
