Zijin Hotel Belgrade is a hotel offering accommodation, restaurants, a spa center, and conference facilities.

• Create and implement the annual marketing plan and manage the marketing budget
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
• Manage collaboration with external marketing, digital, and creative agencies
• Coordinate activities across social media, the website, and other digital communication channels
• Ensure consistent application of the visual identity and brand standards
• Develop and implement promotional activities for accommodation, restaurants, the spa center, and conference facilities
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, creative solutions, and marketing content
• Monitor campaign results, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports
• Track market trends and competitors and identify new marketing opportunities
• Collaborate closely with sales, food and beverage, and other hotel departments

• Degree in marketing, communications, economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and coordinating marketing projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, creativity, initiative, and accountability
• Excellent Serbian and English language skills
