Paid Social & Display Manager

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the channel, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, you'll work closely together on more complex challenges, from measurement architecture and incrementality testing to new channel launches and annual budget planning. You'll have the support you need to tackle complex challenges, while being empowered and expected to take initiative, make decisions, and drive results independently.

Salary Range: EUR 40,000 - 52,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices.

• Support Paid Social & Display Execution: Help execute the account strategy across Meta and TikTok, from prospecting to retargeting, with a strong focus on driving high quality conversions at efficient CAC. You'll manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for Italy under the strategy and budget framework set by the Paid Social Manager.
• Scale Performance with an AI-First Mindset: Build and leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows and move faster, using AI to accelerate audience, performance management, reporting automation, and decision making, while applying strong judgment to protect quality and brand integrity in a sensitive category.
• Experimentation & Incrementality Testing: Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap (Conversion Lift studies, geo tests, holdouts, landing page and A/B testing) to validate what truly drives growth beyond platform attributed conversions, and to size the real contribution of upper funnel and video channels.
• Measurement, Tracking & Attribution Excellence: Ensure performance accuracy through clean measurement. Solid knowledge of pixel implementation, Conversions API health, server-side tracking. You are comfortable working with multiple measurement models and platform data to reduce bias in channel measurement. Partner with Data/Analytics to continuously improve attribution, performance visibility, and funnel insights, and working within the consent and privacy constraints of a health adjacent vertical.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Strategist, Data, Product, Legal, Clinical teams to align channel strategy with user experience, landing pages, messaging and business priorities.
• Knowledge building & Stakeholder Management: Translate complex performance insights into clear knowledge and actions for non technical stakeholders.

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Social / Display / Performance Marketing, with proven results in high-growth environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Advantage+ / ASC, manual campaigns, audience and bidding strategy), with the confidence to manage significant budgets and scale them efficiently
• A creative-led approach to performance: you know that in paid social the creative is the targeting, and you have a system for producing and testing it at volume
• A highly analytical mindset and strong measurement foundation or willingness to learn including Conversions API, server-side tracking, conversion tracking best practices, and performance reporting
• Experience optimizing beyond CPL,using business metrics like lead quality, cohorted conversion rate, CAC, and LTV:CAC
• A structured experimentation approach (incrementality testing, geo tests, A/B and landing page testing)
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with Creative, Data, and Product teams
• High ownership and execution speed: you thrive in ambiguity, act proactively, and continuously raise the bar
