We're looking for a creative and strategic social marketing leader who understands what makes content perform and how to translate cultural trends into compelling paid social creative.

You'll work closely with our Organic Social team, drawing on content insights, platform trends and audience behaviours to develop social-first creative that aligns with our wider brand strategy. While not responsible for Organic Social strategy, you'll bring a strong understanding of organic content and creative ideation to ensure paid social creative feels relevant, engaging and native to each platform.

Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, Studio and Marketing teams, you'll oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, while using performance insights and reporting to measure success and continuously improve creative output.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.

• Lead the paid social creative strategy from concept to execution, overseeing planning, content creation, shoots and delivery.
• Develop social-first creative concepts informed by a strong understanding of organic social content, trends and audience behaviours.
• Work closely with the Organic Social team to ensure paid social creative complements and amplifies wider content strategies.
• Partner with Paid Media and Product Marketing teams to translate insights into effective creative campaigns.
• Create inspiring briefs and manage relationships with influencers, creators and external partners.
• Own creative performance reporting and insight generation, using data to shape future creative decisions.
• Drive ongoing testing and optimisation to improve creative effectiveness and commercial performance.
