• Define what to publish on Instagram and TikTok, when to publish it, and why;
• Study what makes people follow, watch, and share content;
• Monitor competitors and trends and act quickly on relevant opportunities;
• Build a content calendar with a clear hypothesis for every post;
• Define effective formats for each platform and remove underperforming ones;
• Revive Instagram and launch TikTok from scratch;
• Make account growth decisions based on performance data;
• Scale successful approaches and stop ineffective ones;
• Create, edit, and publish content, especially during the early stages;
• Write scripts for AI creators and video editors;
• Provide fast, specific feedback on drafts;
• Use Nim's AI production tools to increase output and create tools for research and trend monitoring;
• Deliver a three-month content strategy within the first month;
• Launch and test initial content formats within the first month;
• Build a repeatable weekly content system within three months;
• Grow the accounts toward 100K within six months.

• Recent track record of organic growth;
• Experience growing a social account from zero within the last 6–12 months;
• At least 100K views per piece of content in the portfolio;
• Current knowledge of TikTok and Instagram performance trends;
• Strategic thinking focused on systems and formats;
• Ability to determine what to create and why before briefing others;
• Default use of AI tools;
• Native-level English content, captions, and scripts;
• High autonomy and ability to adapt in a fast-changing startup environment;
• Nice to have: Building a personal account or side project from scratch, experience creating content for AI products, apps, or the creator economy.

• Remote role with an option to join the hub in Barcelona;
