Online marketing manager/in for travel

Oasis Travel GmbH is a tour operator based in Berlin and has specialized for many years in individual and special round trips, group tours, and tailor-made travel experiences worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, who combines digital marketing with traditional marketing, enjoys working independently, and markets our trips creatively and with a focus on target audiences.

• Further development of our website and implementation of SEO and content measures
• Creative and independent conception and implementation of online and offline marketing measures
• Management and further development of our social media channels, including content planning and campaigns
• Planning, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (formerly Google AdWords)
• Analysis and evaluation of our online marketing activities using Google Analytics
• Planning and implementation of newsletter, print, and direct marketing activities
• Press and public relations, as well as media planning and ad placement
• Monitoring trends and developing new ideas for marketing our trips

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, online marketing, communications, tourism, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in online marketing and practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media
• Experience creating and preparing content for websites, social media, newsletters, and print media
• A good feel for copy, images, and communication tailored to target audiences
• Creativity, initiative, and a desire to implement your own ideas
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Team spirit, enjoyment of communication, and a knack for clear organization
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
