• Test and improve App Store and Google Play pages, including wording, visuals, and conversion
• Support local paid managers in building the global strategy and driving optimizations across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Snapchat, and push, with TikTok and Meta in scope
• Bring mobile acquisition in-house by taking over work currently handled by an external agency
• Partner with local market teams, creative, GrowthOps, engineering, and measurement teams to ship changes
• Define the strategy, routines, and testing roadmap for a new in-house capability

• Hands-on mobile app acquisition experience, around 5 years in the domain, with the ability to explain personal scope, decisions, and results
• Experience building something that did not exist before, prioritizing work, establishing an operating approach, and learning through testing
• Experience running acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and paid social
• Experience improving App Store and Google Play pages through structured testing of wording and visuals
• Confident use of MMPs such as Adjust, ATT/SKAN, and understanding of consent and data-sharing constraints affecting measurement and decisions
