LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products headquartered in Silicon Valley, offering a digital commerce and monetization platform called Digital Network Operator Cloud to telecommunications services providers globally. The company also developed Nomad, an eSIM travel product providing data connectivity in over 200 destinations, and recently signed a strategic partnership and equity investment with Ericsson.

• Support day-to-day management of the marketing team, mentor junior members, coordinate design team activities, plan workloads, and contribute to quarterly and yearly OKRs and budgeting;
• Lead the end-to-end development of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ideation, messaging, content planning, creative briefs, execution oversight, and performance tracking across digital, paid, email, and social channels;
• Leverage generative AI and advanced marketing technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate content generation, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data analysis for campaign optimization;
• Own SEO and AEO strategy, manage paid search and performance marketing activities, optimize landing pages and website UX, oversee content updates, and ensure all web properties meet performance and analytics standards;
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to align campaigns with GTM priorities, and coordinate with global teams across time zones;
• Contribute to product marketing initiatives, customer storytelling, analyst support, and creation of marketing assets such as case studies, briefs, blog posts, and launch content;
• Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, messaging alignment, and performance analytics, ensuring consistency across platforms;
• Oversee quarterly company newsletter production and other employee communications;
• Support planning and execution of B2B marketing events;
• Support external press releases, media coordination, manage messaging consistency across channels, and oversee content syndication for thought leadership, product announcements, and PR;
• Handle a one-year fixed-term position covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles including digital, brand, campaign, growth, or product marketing;
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and website optimization;
• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution;
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members;
• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal;
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design teams;
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, and marketing analytics tools;
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with event planning and execution;
• Nice to have: HubSpot experience, understanding of SaaS, telecom, or enterprise software industries.
