• Develop and execute comprehensive Marketplace communication strategies targeting existing and prospective sellers.
• Create high-quality educational content, newsletters, guides, webinars, and best practice materials to support seller success.
• Promote Marketplace initiatives, new features, and commercial opportunities to maximize seller adoption and feature usage.
• Develop seller success stories, testimonials, and case studies to strengthen Marketplace credibility and attract prospective partners.
• Drive communication campaigns aimed at improving product data quality (e.g., K-Types, attributes, and listing optimization).
• Manage Marketplace referral and advocacy programmes to support seller acquisition and growth.
• Collaborate with Account Management and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with overarching business goals.

As our Marketplace continues to expand rapidly across European markets, driving seller engagement and feature adoption is key to our commercial success. Currently, these communication and seller enablement responsibilities sit with our Head of Marketplace, which limits our ability to deliver a dedicated, high-impact marketing strategy.

To achieve this goal, we are hiring a Marketplace Marketing Manager to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will take full ownership of our seller communication strategy, creating educational content, newsletters, and best practice guides that help our seller partners thrive. You will promote new marketplace initiatives, design referral programmes, and lead campaigns that directly improve product listing quality and partner success.

In this position, you will work towards increasing seller engagement, accelerating feature adoption, and elevating product catalog standards across our European platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Account Management, Seller Success, Product, Tech, and Customer Care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced e-commerce scale-up, serve as a subject matter expert in B2B seller enablement, and directly shape the growth of our marketplace ecosystem.
