ETL-Gruppe provides services for accounting firms and other companies within its group, including marketing and communication support, digital and analog campaigns, and the development of new services and offerings.

• Act as the central contact person and advisor for accounting firms and other ETL-Gruppe companies on marketing and communication matters;
• Plan, design, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing activities in coordination with internal editorial, production, graphic, event, and web development teams;
• Manage digital and analog projects and campaigns using publications, promotional materials, webinars, websites, email marketing, video, and social media;
• Manage external service providers;
• Monitor the corporate design to maintain a consistent brand identity;
• Support website creation and ongoing maintenance using CMS systems such as WordPress;
• Support newsletter creation and distribution through HubSpot CRM;
• Identify needs and trends and develop new services and offerings for accounting firms;
• Define and track KPIs and control budgets.

• Completed degree or vocational training in business, communications, or media studies, ideally with a focus on marketing;
• Relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an agency environment;
• Experience independently managing and delivering target-group-specific, cross-channel marketing campaigns;
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, and WordPress;
• Teamwork, responsibility, friendliness, strong communication, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented, entrepreneurial approach.
