• Coordinate relations directly with the public and media;
• Create a positive company image in the market and increase company recognition among the target audience;
• Develop and maintain an action plan to create or adjust the corporate culture image and lead attraction and management;
• Analyze potential customer audiences and identify customer needs, levels, and orientations;
• Develop customer search methods, customer engagement plans, and contact schemes;
• Increase brand recognition and target audience demand;
• Maintain constant contact with existing customers, organize work with them according to approved business schemes, and set up customer feedback;
• Organize press conferences, briefings, backgrounders, and media interviews with business leaders;
• Prepare press releases, corporate bulletins, and other company activity materials for the media;
• Participate in partnership activities.

• 4+ Years of experience in marketing;
• 2+ Years of experience in a management role;
• Strategic and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills;
• Knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, and retail branding;
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities;
• Higher education in marketing, communications, or a related field;
• Fluency in Georgian and English;
• Provide contact details of a previous direct manager for the reference check before the offer stage.
