• Lead projects in e-commerce, digital marketing, and AI-driven growth;
• Design and implement AI use cases such as personalization, next-best-action, campaign optimization, and marketing automation;
• Translate business problems into concrete solutions, customer journeys, and implementation roadmaps;
• Analyze customer, campaign, and sales data to prepare recommendations;
• Create e-commerce growth strategies focusing on conversion, retention, and LTV;
• Collaborate with data, technology, AI, and business teams;
• Prepare presentations, business cases, and decision-making materials for clients;
• Support clients in transitioning from strategy to implementation, including MVP and backlog management.

• 6+ Years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, growth, or customer strategy;
• Practical understanding of e-commerce models, customer journeys, conversion funnels, and omnichannel;
• Experience in projects utilizing AI or data-driven marketing such as personalization, recommendations, segmentation, churn prediction, or marketing automation;
• Ability to work with data and derive business insights;
• Experience in leading end-to-end projects or workstreams;
• Proficiency in Polish and English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of martech and analytics tools like Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics, Shopify, SAP Commerce, Bloomreach, or Power BI.
