• Plan, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns;
• Co-create marketing strategies with Business Managers for key markets and customer segments;
• Coordinate project teams and collaborate with external agencies;
• Create campaign schedules and manage project tasks;
• Manage marketing budgets and control project costs;
• Monitor campaign results, report on effectiveness, and optimize activities based on data;
• Ensure communication and visual consistency in line with brand identity and strategic direction;
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including independent campaign and project management;
• Experience in running multichannel campaigns (online and offline);
• Practical knowledge of analytical and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Piwik, and CRM systems;
• Ability to manage a budget and make data-driven decisions;
• Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or Jira;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proactive, energetic, and able to act quickly;
• Ability to collaborate with teams with diverse skill sets;
• Nice to have: experience in ed-tech, media & entertainment, creative agencies, startups, or consumer goods.
