• Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals;
• Analyze customer research and market trends to identify growth opportunities;
• Manage marketing projects from ideation through launch to optimization;
• Write persuasive copy for advertisements, landing pages, and funnels;
• Guide the creation and optimization of ad creatives in collaboration with the design team;
• Perform QA on landing pages to ensure optimal UX, flow, and functionality;
• Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates;
• Coordinate with developers to implement website updates;
• Act as a bridge between marketing, design, and development teams;
• Create clear project briefs and track progress;
• Analyze customer feedback and data to scale sales and improve acquisition;
• Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, test ideas, and increase operational efficiency.

• Experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in e-commerce;
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools for automation and workflow efficiency;
• Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing;
• Proficiency in writing clear, persuasive, and engaging copy;
• Strong knowledge of CRO and website optimization;
• Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote environment;
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers;
• Nice to have: Experience with marketing automation tools, proficiency in heatmaps, ad managers, and analytics tools, passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
