SoftConstruct develops and provides online gaming and betting solutions.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns;
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, posts, and newsletters;
• Conduct market and competitor research;
• Help manage social media platforms and the online presence with the team;
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives based on proposals;
• Assist in organizing promotional activities and events;
• Prepare basic reports on marketing campaigns based on requests;
• Maintain marketing databases and documentation;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related role;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Creative thinking and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of other languages, basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
