Conduct client discovery sessions and interview stakeholders;
Run marketing workshops and work with senior and C-level stakeholders;
Identify the business problem behind a client's initial request;
Translate business objectives into marketing strategies;
Conduct marketing audits and present and defend strategic recommendations;
Support pre-sales activities;
Define the scope, approach, and required marketing team;
Prepare and present proposals.
требования
5+ Years of marketing experience;
2+ Years of agency experience;
Strong strategic marketing background;
Proven experience with Marketing Research and GTM Strategy;
Strong Product Marketing and positioning skills;
Broad understanding of digital marketing channels;
Strong analytical and commercial thinking;
Experience building integrated marketing strategies;
Ability to connect marketing activities with business and revenue outcomes;
Strong presentation and communication skills;
Ability to structure complex and ambiguous business problems;
English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Nice to have: agency or marketing consulting experience, international B2B experience, IT / Technology / SaaS experience, HubSpot / Salesforce experience, AEO / GEO / AI Search experience, experience building marketing financial models and forecasts, experience participating in pre-sales and preparing commercial proposals.
