What This Role Is Not

• Experience in marketing, communications, content, social media or a related role
• Strong copywriting skills, excellent written English and a sharp eye for proofreading and quality control
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including effectively communicating to their different audiences, formats and conventions
• A proactive, organised and self-sufficient working style, with strong judgement and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools thoughtfully, with strong human judgement applied to every output
• Familiarity with SEO, AEO, content optimisation or improving visibility in AI-powered search
• Experience in a creative agency, experiential marketing, events or another fast-moving creative environment
• Experience with B2B marketing, business development, outreach or CRM systems

The Marketing Operations Coordinator owns day-to-day marketing operations, from content creation to system building, across social, website, portfolio and outreach. The Coordinator does not own brand strategy, paid media buying or creative direction, and partners closely with project, creative and leadership teams to identify and shape the studio's stories. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working independently and building momentum without needing constant direction.
