Marketing manager в FMCG

We are hiring a Marketing / Brand Manager for Stellux partner company to work on an international FMCG brand – Red Bull. This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of Red Bull brand strategy and execution in the Armenian market, turning consumer and market insights into strong, commercially sound brand initiatives.

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead advertising, creative development, and integrated brand initiatives.
• Monitor consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends; translate insights into clear actions.
• Plan and manage market research and consumer-insight activities.
• Develop locally relevant product and marketing initiatives for the Armenian market.
• Manage the consumer-collecting and field-marketing program, including a team of four Student Marketeers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure quality, timely execution.
• Track results, interpret market and financial data, and recommend improvements.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in brand marketing, field marketing, or a closely related marketing role, preferably in FMCG
• Proven experience working with international brands.
• Excellent command of English, Armenian, and Russian.
• Ability to obtain, analyze, and interpret market data, together with a sound understanding of financial statements.
• Strong understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in an FMCG and brand context.
• Ability to generate consumer insights and convert them into successful brand initiatives.
• Experience implementing business strategy while managing change and people-related processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset and willingness to learn and apply relevant best practices.
• High integrity, ownership, focus, and consistent follow-through on priorities
• University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
