• Develop and execute the long-term EMEA Mako brand strategy;
• Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans across the Knee and Hip portfolios;
• Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives;
• Partner with US upstream and downstream marketing teams to align global and regional priorities;
• Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leaders;
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across Europe;
• Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiatives;
• Analyse market performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth;
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members;
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units within a complex matrix organisation.

• Bachelor's degree;
• 10+ Years of professional experience;
• Significant experience within medical devices;
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing or commercial roles;
• Previous people leadership experience;
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking;
• Experience working successfully in complex international matrix organisations;
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Nice to have: MBA.

• Netherlands: €83.100 - €154.400 EUR Annual;
• May be eligible for incentive compensation, such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable;
