• Design, implement, and optimize B2B marketing funnels to generate qualified leads;
• Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates;
• Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing activities, including exclusive events, business trips, hospitality activities, and regional exhibitions;
• Manage and optimize performance across Zoho, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing tools;
• Create engaging content and analyze industry trends;
• Monitor campaign metrics to measure and improve ROI;
• Collaborate with sales teams to build relationships with key commercial partners;
• Coordinate PR activities and manage official postings on industry review websites;
• Take ownership of the lead lifecycle from generation to conversion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 2+ Years of experience in B2B marketing or sales management;
• Proven experience in professional B2B marketing or sales environments;
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analysis;
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex sales problems;
• Ability to align marketing initiatives with long-term commercial objectives and hard sales targets;
• Strong communication skills and agility in adapting to fast-paced industry shifts;
• Ability to build strong internal relationships between Marketing and Sales departments;
• English fluency;
• Nice to have: experience in IT or Fintech sectors, prior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry.
