• Recruit, onboard, and manage long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners;
• Negotiate competitive commission structures and provide partners with optimal marketing assets;
• Collaborate with creators and manage targeted campaign messaging across dedicated community platforms, including Telegram and Discord;
• Track payouts and manage the affiliate marketing budget;
• Maintain streamlined onboarding, operational support, and query resolution processes;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on core KPIs using advanced analytics platforms;
• Optimize partner performance and maximize player acquisition;
• Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-converting promotional materials and custom creatives;
• Support major product launches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of specialized experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance acquisition within the iGaming or digital betting landscape;
• Highly commercial approach with a strong drive for performance-based growth and managing long-term partner relationships;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics;
• Self-motivated and able to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision;
• Results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving corporate environment;
• High level of English proficiency with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
